Job Summary:
Baker Helpers support the rest of the baking team in as many ways as possible, assists in production from start (mixing) to finish (baking) including, but not limited to, ingredients scaling, preparation, dough shaping, follows quality assurance, food safe, and work safe policies and procedures and inventory rotation practices.

Part 3. Duties and Competencies
Duties and Responsibilities:

. Following standard recipes accurately, including measuring ingredients and scaling of ingredients.

Assisting with preparation, dough mixing, decorating, and baking
3.
Keeping bakery equipment and utensils clean to maximize efficiency
4.
Assisting in stock rotation and transfer ingredients as per the direction of senior bakers
5.
Operating bakery equipment efficiently and safely, and maintaining it in good order

. Contributing to continuous improvement.

Other Considerations:
Must be able to routinely lift to 50Lb. Must be able to stand, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during long shift. Must be tolerant to heat and flour dust.
