local Aly Mae's Bread Basket is a locally owned wholesale and retail bakery specializing in handcrafted pastries, square and other baked goods made with care and quality ingredients. We are seeking a part-time baker to join our dedicated team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing small business with a strong focus on freshness, consistency, and community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and bake a range of square, pastries, and other baked products for both retail and wholesale customers. Maintain consistent product quality, appearance, and freshness. Ensure all baking and prep areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory management, and production scheduling. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:

Previous baking or pastry experience preferred; training or certification in baking is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with early morning and weekend shifts. Enthusiasm for artisan baking and local food.

Pay: $15.70-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
