Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Proficient in food preparation techniques with experience in the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience working in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in packaging and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
