Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food preparation areas. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, baking, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
? Prepares product and prioritizes bakery needs for daily operational excellence

? Follows proper labeling and storage procedures

? Operates commercial mixer and baking equipment

? Follows detailed baking procedures and precise recipes

? Maintains clean kitchen including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine

dusting and general disinfecting

? Washes dishes using three compartment sink

? Follows opening and closing checklists

? Will be cross-trained to also operate FOH

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
