Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bagger Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating packaging equipment, handling materials, and ensuring efficient workflow within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, mechanical systems, and safety protocols such as CGMP standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality manufacturing processes while developing technical skills in packaging and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Operate bagging and packaging machinery efficiently to meet production targets Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse or production area Assist with loading and unloading raw materials or finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with safety standards Perform basic math calculations for measurements, counts, or quality checks during packaging processes Follow CGMP guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry regulations Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they impact production

Requirements

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in packaging or machining environments Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools and basic troubleshooting skills Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus but not required Knowledge of CGMP standards applicable to manufacturing environments Ability to perform basic math accurately for measurements and inventory counts Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
