As a Baggage Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of passenger luggage at the airport. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service to travelers.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all baggage is handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain accurate records of baggage handling activities and report any discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel to coordinate baggage operations.
Follow Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company policies related to baggage handling.
Manage time effectively to meet tight schedules during peak travel periods.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or aviation is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English
Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and record keeping.
Experience with materials handling and heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

Hours and Days are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6am-4pm with Friday Saturday and Sunday off.
Individual should Drive as the 6am start time doesn't usually connect with the transit system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
