Badminton Coach

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute engaging and effective badminton coaching sessions for athletes of varying skill levels. Provide individualized instruction to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance. Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. Conduct assessments and track the progress of athletes, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop comprehensive training programs and strategies. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, trends, and advancements in badminton.

Experience:

Coaching Certification (preferred) First aid (preferred) Previous Coaching experience Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)
