Valard is seeking a Backhoe & Trackhoe Operator Local to Calgary.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Min 1-3 years\' experience operating backhoe & trackhoe
- Familiar with loading, off loading and hauling equipment
- Class 5 license minimum, Class 1 or 3 license preferred
- Must be able to perform daily cleaning of equipment
- Will be required to perform labour duties; physical endurance required to consistently lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Operate both pieces of equipment in a safe efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Able to perform daily equipment checks and maintenance
- All other duties as required by crews
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in inclement weather
