Back Office Administrator

needed for Hamilton Real Estate Office.

Job tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Administration of agents' monthly billing; Submitting Source Deductions and HST to CRA; All accounts payable to suppliers and knowledge of the General Ledger accounts; Provide production reports both weekly and monthly to the owners; Reconciliations of the bank accounts; Overseeing all sales transactions by entering into LoneWolf in a timely and accurate manner, preparing lawyer documents and commission statements; Corresponding with Real Estate Agents, other Brokerages and lawyers; Filing confidential information;
Candidates must be able to multi-task, be highly organized and possess strong verbal and communication skills.

A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR REAL ESTATE OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS WELL AS BOOKKEEPING.

Pay will be $21-$23 per hour depending on experience, for a full-time work week, with a 3 month probation period which will be adjusted to a salaried position after performance has been evaluated.
