We are seeking one reliable, strong and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Operate, open, and close kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Help with placing and receiving orders
-Multitasking dish work, prep work and the line seamlessly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service is a must
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
-Can be self directed
-Strong communication and awareness skills
