The Influencer Marketing Manager owns and oversees the execution of B2C influencer campaigns from start to finish -- ensuring the right creators are strategically selected, briefed, managed, and launched on time. This role is both hands-on and creator-facing, while also driving team coordination and cross-functional alignment. Working across influencer marketing campaigns, the Manager ensures delivery of measurable impact. You'll lead collaboration with Influencer Marketing Coordinators, Strategists, and Project Managers to bring B2C campaigns to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities



Influencer Campaign Execution Lead and oversee creator selection, combining strategic rationale (pricing, reach, engagement, conversion potential) with hands-on involvement in Discovery to validate creator fit and market rates. Own negotiation with creators and agencies, leveraging market knowledge to secure optimal pricing and terms. Oversee influencer onboarding, briefing, and scheduling of deliverables, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client expectations. Maintain visibility of campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring accountability across small operational teams and proactively addressing risks or delays. Approve influencer content quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, acting as the final decision-maker. Continuously optimize creator mix and campaign execution to deliver against performance goals (awareness, traffic, sign-ups), with data-driven recommendations for improvement. Influencer Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for high-priority influencers, building strong, professional relationships throughout campaign execution. Own all complex negotiations on deliverables, usage rights, and rates, ensuring budgets are respected while maintaining long-term partnerships. Identify and resolve contractual risks early (usage rights, exclusivity, revisions, payment terms), escalating only when necessary. Troubleshoot and problem-solve operational issues, guiding Coordinators on resolutions while protecting timelines and client expectations. Balance brand protection with creator experience, ensuring a positive and transparent process for all parties. Collaboration & Workflow Support Guide Coordinators across all operational tasks -- from discovery and shortlist building to small-scale negotiations, agreement troubleshooting, and creator management -- providing oversight, clarity, and strategic direction. Act as the technical lead for Coordinators, coaching them on best practices, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistency across campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategists and Paid Media teams to ensure influencer content is compliant, repurposable, and ready for amplification (whitelisting, boosting, paid usage). Maintain clear communication with the wider team and the IM Lead, proactively sharing progress, risks, and outcomes. Documentation & Tracking Ensure all campaign documentation is complete and accurate, including contracts, invoices, content approvals, and performance trackers. Maintain real-time visibility of statuses and deliverables, delegating updates to Coordinators but remaining accountable for accuracy. Flag risks and insights early, using data and reporting to recommend improvements for current and future campaigns.

Deliverables



Strategic creator shortlists & pricing rationale: validated selections with documented engagement metrics, estimated costs, and strategic fit for campaign goals. Negotiated agreements & usage rights: finalized contracts covering rates, exclusivity, revisions, and paid/organic usage, ensuring both fairness and brand protection. Real-time campaign visibility: up-to-date trackers and dashboards (maintained with Coordinator support) covering statuses, approvals, links, performance notes, and risk flags. Weekly performance & progress updates: concise reporting to the IM Lead and wider team on onboarding, negotiations, risks, and campaign milestones. Organized campaign assets: influencer content, approvals, contracts, invoices, and scripts systematically stored for internal visibility and cross-team use.

Smooth & On-Time Campaign Execution Creators are discovered, vetted, briefed, and launched on schedule, with clear alignment to campaign objectives. Effective Negotiation & Budget Stewardship All complex negotiations (rates, usage rights, exclusivity, contractual terms) are secured within budget while fostering long-term creator relationships. Coordinator Development & Operational Excellence Coordinators are effectively guided, mentored, and enabled to deliver high-quality operational support, raising overall team efficiency. High-Quality, Compliant & Conversion-Driven Content Live influencer content consistently meets briefs, complies with platform/brand regulations, and drives measurable impact (awareness, traffic, sign-ups). Full Transparency & Organized Delivery Campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting are consistently accurate, accessible, and real-time for all internal stakeholders.
