About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic closer with a background in B2B environments and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships. As a key driver of our business development, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, navigating complex negotiations, and maintaining a high standard of professional service.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnership success.

Strategic Outreach:

Conduct market research and engage in targeted telemarketing and networking to reach prospective customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the marketing team to align sales strategies with active promotional campaigns.

Technical Sales Support:

Develop a deep understanding of product specifications to provide expert consultations and address client inquiries.

Client Success:

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications



Experience:

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, with a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle.

Bilingualism:

Professional-level fluency in both

English and French

is required.

Communication & Negotiation:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with technology sales, including CRM software and technical product demonstrations.

Mindset:

A proactive self-starter who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
