B2B Wine Sales Representative

for our client in Toronto, ON. This role is essential for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Engage in outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Conduct negotiations to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data. Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients in the technology sector. Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively in English.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales. A true passion for wine with strong knowledge of varieties, regions, and production. Proven experience in wine sales or a related field. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must have valid drivers license.
