A unique opportunity to join our dynamic, global Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Strategic Partners team, the B2B Marketing Coordinator will be an essential team contributor. Working collaboratively to help develop compelling B2B marketing initiatives, this role focuses on driving engagement and optimizing the ROI from B2B customers and key partnership programs. With a unique balance of an analytical mindset and a passion for developing compelling written and visual creative, you will play a key role in executing programs that inspire and motivate our very best customers to explore new destinations.

Partnering with the Manager, B2B Marketing and Communications, you will be instrumental in contributing to the development of elevated marketing and communications content. With the ability to find key opportunities in the data to drive increased performance, you provide a strategic lens for opportunities to enhance initiatives. An effective project manager, you can organize stakeholder reviews and feedback while gaining cross-functional alignment and approvals across brand strategy, creative, sales and other stakeholder teams. A key player inspiring our best customers in the travel and meeting industries through email marketing, social media and education - this role leads delivery of our B2B customer educational webinar series and supports with B2B communications, campaigns, and keynote presentation development delivered by sales leadership around the world.

As the go-to B2B marketing lead on our global future property openings, you will facilitate the creation of new opening sales content and work cross-functionally to stay informed, empowering our sales organization to promote and sell future openings.

Driving our external B2B partnerships forward, you will provide guidance and training to our 120+ hotels around the world, while also coordinating and executing external global marketing opportunities.

An outstanding communicator, you will develop relationships across our internal global commercial and sales teams, along with external agencies, and external partner contacts.

Key Activities:

Sales and Marketing Content

  • Develop global Sales Presentations for major Travel Industry and Group Customer Events (Preferred Partner Insiders, IMEX, Intermediary Partner Summit, Group Leadership Forum, etc.) \xe2\x80\x93 work with stakeholders to establish a content plan, compile content and speaker notes, select key visuals and build in PowerPoint. Engage agency support for video content development, and ensure the overall final deliverable is visually compelling, with strong and relevant messaging.
  • Create and maintain B2B sales social media guidance and provide relevant content for Sales Leadership posts.
  • Develop Worldwide Sales Organization (WSO) email signature strategy \xe2\x80\x93 work with stakeholders to plan calendar of property features and themes, engage agency on creative development, manage reviews and approvals, and communicate calendar and guidance to WSOs to ensure successful rollout.
  • Support development of sales tools, templates, presentations, and other tasks as assigned and act as the point person for WSOs to find latest sales tools.
B2B Webinar Series
  • Plan and execute two global B2B customer webinar series, Travel Pro and Event Pro, including: project management and calendar, webinar themes and content, technical setup, webinar communications, presenter coaching, webinar delivery, including all audience features i.e., live quiz and console, prize fulfilment, and Q&A during live sessions.
  • Program performance monitoring and proactively making changes to improve engagement, ROI and quality and efficiency of delivery.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and platform administrator for webinar software.
B2B Communications
  • Serve as B2B team subject matter expert on the status of all upcoming property openings and enhancements, working closely with the Corporate Communications team.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of relevant sales tools on New Openings and Enhancements. Brief and manage freelance and agency partners on all New Openings tools.
  • Support development of New Opening email communications (Openings & Enhancements newsletter and landing page, and project News Alerts).
  • Support development of dedicated Group Communication emails as required.
  • Assist with global integrated B2B marketing campaign planning and development as required.
  • Contribute to the development of annual Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Strategic Partners Guide.
External B2B Partnership Programs
  • Provide marketing and operations support to maximize ROI and drive business from partnerships:
  • Support marketing execution, providing content as needed for all marketing placement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and training tools for hotels around: leveraging the program, marketing opportunities, program operations, onboarding new hotels, program compliance, distributing performance reports, supporting property program compliance, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage accurate program information on Four Seasons internal Sales Resource page.
  • Support day-to-day program questions from sales, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Perform regular audits of each partner channel to ensure Four Seasons brand presence remains elevated and competitive against other brands and identify opportunities to enhance merchandising.
Other
  • Internal SharePoint Sales Resource site \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain accurate content for B2B and play a key role in the upcoming migration project to SharePoint online.
  • Monitor WSO B2B email inbox for client responses and engage relevant sales account director to respond.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Administrative Support
  • Budget management, calendar and expense management for Senior Director, and other administrative assignments for team.
What You Bring:
  • Marketing professional with prior experience in a global marketing organization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional setting in a marketing, communications or channel marketing role. Experience with luxury and/or global hospitality brands an asset.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive); and adept at learning new applications quickly and independently.
  • Knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud) an asset.
  • Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, design and build process, testing and deployment an asset.
  • Keen creative eye with the ability to evaluate communications (visual and written content), ensuring alignment to brand identity.
  • Self-starter who can work independently to problem-solve and manage projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and revenue-driving mindset with ability to communicate strategic and tactical plans clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated team player with ability to build strong internal and external relationships, across levels, geographies and functions.
  • Takes initiative to improve program operations, find efficiencies and optimize outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

  • Presentation development \xe2\x80\x93 able to create holistic presentations including building in PPT and providing content recommendations.
  • Digital marketing skills - understanding of customer segmentation, campaign management, and marketing metrics.
  • Ability to learn new and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical insight \xe2\x80\x93 able to analyze performance metrics to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Marketing administration
