Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking to expand the client base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales.
Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company objectives.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and driving team success.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
