B2B Account Manager
to help drive growth, build meaningful client partnerships, and shape the future of how businesses work.
Who You Are
You're a motivated, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments. You understand that great selling starts with listening and that every client relationship is built on trust, insight, and follow-through.
You're equally comfortable meeting with senior procurement leaders, small business owners, and operations teams and you know how to translate their challenges into tailored workplace solutions that deliver measurable value.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies across key business sectors, including education, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, public institutions and professional services.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, from office managers to executive leadership.
Identify and close high-value opportunities through consultative, data-driven selling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, and Product Specialists) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Track performance metrics, manage your pipeline, and meet or exceed your sales and revenue goals.
Stay current on market trends, sustainability initiatives, and emerging workplace technologies to keep clients informed and ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing preferred, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of progressive B2B sales or account management experience.
Proven success meeting quotas and driving growth in solution-based or distribution sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to guide decision-making.
