Job Overview

Lloyd Hutton Transport is looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time Pick-Up Driver to join our team in Paisley. This position involves picking up and loading general freight onto trailers throughout Southern Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience handling freight safely and efficiently and a good knowledge of local routes.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up general freight from customer locations across Southern Ontario Safely load and secure freight on trailers for transport Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate pickup records Ensure loads are handled carefully to prevent damage Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner Communicate with dispatch and warehouse staff as needed

Qualifications:

Valid DZ or AZ driver's licence (preferred) Clean driving record Ability to lift and move freight safely Good time management and communication skills Experience with general freight handling is an asset

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible hours (may vary based on workload and customer needs)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
