As our Assistant Manager you are responsible for all aspects of operations at our hotel.

You are a leader.

You seek out and hire the best. You train, coach, recognize and develop your team to be the best they can be, in a respectful and welcoming workplace.

You are a master of employee and guest relations.

You understand the nuances of what makes employees and guests happy and feeling valued.

You are an operator extraordinaire.

You understand the complexities of hotel operations, enabling flawless execution of our processes, standards, policies and best practices at every level.

You are business savvy

. You are focused on driving revenue targets, maximizing room yields and managing controllable expenses to meet and exceed our operating budget.

What You Bring





Three to five years of hotel leadership experience. Financial, revenue management, budgeting experience. Demonstrated success building and motivating a team while creating and maintaining a respectful and productive work environment. Degree or diploma in Business, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality. Combination of education and experience is considered.

Flexibility for a variety of shifts including AMs, PMs, weekends and holidays
