We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a cook/cashier. Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle food safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cleanliness at all times
Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
Skills
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry practices
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service
