POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for management of the employee team and the overall restaurant business. This consists of, generating performance which exceeds guest's expectations while maintaining Operating Standards, achieving financial results and building a great Climate-rich employment experience. This can include but is not limited to, daily operations, inventory management, hiring & training of staff, guest concerns and health & safety compliance and standards.

This is a full-time position with health & dental benefits, as well as additional incentives to be discussed throughout hiring process.

Strong interpersonal skills & leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Administration ability Reliable transportation Legally entitled to work in Canada Quick Service Restaurant and A&W experience is a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.80-$18.30 per hour
