Description
The AVP of Real Estate will identify, negotiate and execute deals for new stores, renewals, remodels, expansions, conversions, relocations, rent relief and store closings for all Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret and PINK stores within defined geographic region or market segment at the direction of Vice President of Real Estate, and in accordance with approved real estate strategies

  • Assess, negotiate and execute financially compelling deals for new store opportunities and repositionings/maintenance of existing store portfolio to ensure right locations and configurations in accordance with approved strategies. Execute the best possible deals to continually enhance and maximize the value of the company\xe2\x80\x99s real estate assets.
  • Develop an execution plan for market by market strategies. Includes all new deal activity and fleet maintenance within assignment.
  • Successful candidate will be goal oriented and focus efforts on critical priorities and relationships.
  • Coordinate work of cross-functional teams, including Store Design & Construction, Finance, Lease Administration, Research and Planning, and Legal, to fully evaluate deals and resolve all key issues prior to execution.
  • Function as the expert within assigned region on current and future trends in real estate and represent company as point person for developer relationships within region.

Minimum Salary: $145,000.00
Maximum Salary: $210,000.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required.
  • 10-12 years in related real estate experience.
  • Exhibits superior negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with people, and the ability to leverage the strength of Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret to resolve issues diplomatically.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and evaluate major real estate markets and develop excellent developer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
