The AVP, Core Colleague Platforms is responsible for delivering a secure, stable, and modern digital workplace ecosystem. This includes provisioning physical and virtual devices, managing software lifecycles, and enabling endpoint security and productivity across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Engineering, solution design, build, release, and support for the portfolio as defined as
+ Software Packaging and Distribution, Mobility, End User Devices including Virtual Desktop, Servers, Patching, Desktop Applications, End Point Currency, Persona alignment to endpoints, Browser. Product management of defined services
+ Lifecycle management
+ Requirements management
+ Release management
+ Budget management Ensure that all products operate within the appropriate control requirements of the service
SLA adherence for designed solutions
Tier 3 support for all defined services
Device & Application Service Management: Oversight of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops (Citrix, VDI), and core applications like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Adobe
Remote Access & Security Service Management of RAS VPN, BYOD, Blackberry, and endpoint patching to ensure secure access and compliance
Key Capabilities:
Technically strong with foundation across multiple infrastructure disciplines with a deeper expertise in End User Computing, physical and virtual devices, managing software lifecycles, and enabling endpoint security and productivity across the enterprise.
CIO relationship management
Talent and leadership development
+ Ability to forge strategic relationships coupled with strong business acumen
+ Skilled at defining and executing a complex federated strategic agenda
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant infrastructure and technology Experience
Technically strong with foundation across multiple infrastructure disciplines with a deeper expertise in employee enabled technologies
Enterprise relationship management associated with Technology provisioning in retail and campus locations
Experience in change management related to the adoption of new business processes
Displays "Engineering Mindset" capabilities
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory rules and policies
Organizationally savvy, coupled with exceptional influencing, collaboration, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong people leader with demonstrated experience in identifying and growing talent.
Demonstrated experience in leading change and making an impact in cross-functional groups, through influence and strong relationships.
