We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in both dealership and independent shop environments. Duties

Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced automotive tools and equipment. Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Execute complex repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components. Assemble parts and components as needed during repairs or upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and recommendations to clients. Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts or equipment as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
