Mercedes Benz Rive-Sud is looking for an experienced full time Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing team! We strive to provide the best customer service & top-notch repair/maintenance work. You will play a crucial customer experience role by conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements & providing accurate repair recommendations to customers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with, and to be supervised, coached and trained by our experienced associates within the dealership.

Your Day to Day:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, & maintenance
• Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, & other items
• Inspect motors in operation, road test, & test systems & components using computerized diagnostics & other devices to diagnose & isolate faults
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts & components including fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drive train, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, & electrical & electronic systems

What You Bring to the Table:

• A provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate is required
• Red Seal Certification is an asset
• CDK experience is an asset
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting heavy loads, standing for long periods of time, and using to use energy and portable equipment
• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment
• Be comfortable with the manufacturer\'s IT platforms
• A valid driver\'s license & safe driving history is required
