- Perform comprehensive drive train maintenance, including removals and installation of automatic and manual transmissions, clutches, transfer cases, and differentials.
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as transmission problems, engine problems and electrical malfunctions.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is
preferred
, however, training can be provided if necessary.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions and electrical systems
is an asset
.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
is an asset

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repair work is
required

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is
