Castlegar Hyundai is looking for a Service & Parts Advisor to join our experienced team. If you have a background in customer service and or sales, we welcome your application. Automotive experience is helpful but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support. A service and parts advisor is the first point of contact with our customers. You will assist our clients with vehicle maintenance, repairs, parts and accessories. You will schedule work in our service facility, support our technicians, explain necessary maintenance repairs to customers, and perform various administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly. At the heart of this role is helping others and ensuring customers and their vehicles are taken care of professionally. What We Offer

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
