Automotive Service AdvisorWe are seeking a dedicated automotive customer service advisor to join our team! In this role, you will be the key liaison between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.Key responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
Provide accurate service recommendations and cost estimates based on customer needs.
Schedule appointments and manage repair orders to ensure timely service
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs, addressing any concerns promptly.
Work in a high pressure environment, delivering top-notch customer service under tight timelines.
Required skills & qualifications:
Must be fluent in French (written and spoken)
Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate technical issues
Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
Strong communication and organizational skills
