Duties:
Use industry software to book appointments and schedule clients
Organize work schedules and communicate needs to technicians
Relay information from technician to clients
Build work orders and order parts
Maintain a clean work environment
Reach sales and client experience targets
All candidates must have a G2 or G driver\'s license and be willing to drive client vehicles.
Assets:
Good record-keeping skills using industry software
Strong sales skills
Ability to multi-task in fast working environment
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and administrative skills
Background in automotive service an asset
