Bustard Chrysler is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a passion for learning and professional development, and the drive to succeed!

Bustard Chrysler's Sales team sells new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, as well as used vehicles of every make and model. Our team works hard to leverage customer lifecycles to develop stronger, more meaningful relationships with our customers through meticulous follow-up and use of our CRM system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively communicate with clients through various technologies, including telephone, texting, email, social media, and video to find a vehicle that meets their needs Handle customer requirements/concerns in a timely fashion Responsible for answering questions on product inventory Promptly and accurately enter all customer data into the CRM system, and effectively use follow-up tools Develop customer outreach strategies aimed at increasing your individual sales volume Develop pipeline of sales opportunities through networking and referrals Report to the New & Used Car Managers on a daily basis with updates Work with the sales team to maintain lot appearance

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrate significant attention to detail Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system is an asset, but not required Outgoing, service-driven personality People person with excellent communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Interested in growing a business within a business, with the potential for future advancement Previous Automobile Sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person Valid Ontario Driver's License required
