We are seeking a driven, career-focused Sales Consultant who is motivated, ambitious, and ready to take control of their income. Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who represent the Bell Auto brand through professionalism, confidence, strong customer service, and a results-driven attitude. If you are organized, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your sales pipeline, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all walk-in customers and provide a premium dealership experience
Engage customers through phone, text, email, social media, and CRM tools
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
Present and sell extended warranties, insurance options, and add-on products
Accurately complete all sales documentation and paperwork
Maintain strong product knowledge of all in-stock units
Track and manage all customer interactions in CRM (DealerSocket or equivalent)
Follow up with leads and past clients to build long-term relationships
Collaborate with the finance team to present financing and lending solutions
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold showroom standards
Required Qualifications
OMVIC License (mandatory)
Valid Ontario G Driver's License
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and within a high-performing team
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy
Proficiency with CRM systems
Availability on weekdays and weekends
Compensation & Earning Potential
Commission-based compensation (your income is directly tied to your performance)
Top performers earn between $80,000-$200,000+ annually
Additional performance bonuses and incentives
No cap on earnings -- you control your results
