We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. You will leverage your sales skills and knowledge of our dealership's inventory to meet customer needs and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective follow-up and relationship management. Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Promote and sell extended warranty and financing plans Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with potential clients. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements

2+ years Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or outside sales environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline to track leads and conversions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about new models and technologies. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
