We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our technology products and services to potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technical sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing long-term relationships with clients.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate our technology products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Meet or exceed sales targets through outside sales efforts and business development initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Experience
Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
Strong background in account management, customer service, and outside sales.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
