We are currently seeking a driven and experienced

Automotive Sales Manager

to lead our sales department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to help your team succeed, we'd love to have you join our growing dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

automotive sales team

to achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets. Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Oversee day-to-day operations of the new and pre-owned

car sales department

. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive dealership growth. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report results to the General Manager. Stay current with Hyundai product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Work closely with the

finance and service departments

to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and dealership policies and standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in

automotive sales

. Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals in a

car dealership

environment. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. Solid understanding of

sales process management

and dealership operations. Proficiency with CRM and

dealer management systems (DMS)

. Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
