Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
Utilize effective negotiation techniques to finalize deals while maximizing profitability
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups diligently
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential buyers
Upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
Communicate effectively with diverse clientele,
Support dealership operations by assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean showroom environment
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry or high-end retail sales
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organizational skills
Experience in sales management or supporting roles is a plus
Proficiency in math for handling transactions and financing options accurately
A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products is beneficial
