in early 2026. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the success of High River Toyota and our future store by maintaining efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

What we look for:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Automotive sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Duties



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-performance culture. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service. Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities. Analyzing data and generate reports to perform follow up calls and complete the sales process. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives. To maintain the highest CSI, Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements



Proven experience in Automotive sales, with a focus on emerging technology and e-commerce sales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Proficiency in ActiviX or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to business development with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
