What You'll Be Doing:
Coach and develop
a team of Sales Consultants through hands-on leadership, performance management, and personal development plans
Analyze and manage
team and individual KPIs, with a sharp focus on conversion, volume, gross, and client satisfaction
Collaborate
with F&I, Marketing, and Service to create a seamless and effective client journey
Support new initiatives
and digital tools that improve both team efficiency and the buying experience
Foster a values-based culture
of integrity, trust, and consistent performance
Model professionalism and accountability
on the floor and in the boardroom
What We're Looking For:
Intelligent and analytical thinker with strong leadership instincts
Humble, coachable, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving retail environment
Clear, confident communicator with the charisma to lead and inspire
Proven track record in sales leadership (automotive preferred, but open to top performers from other verticals)
Committed to personal and team growth--comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Strong grasp of sales processes, digital retail tools, and CRM/DMS systems
Experience That Will Set You Apart:
Previous experience as a
Sales Manager
or
Team Lead
in an automotive dealership
Familiarity with
Hyundai
brand and customer experience expectations
Comfortable using platforms such as
Tekion
,
VinSolutions
, or similar DMS/CRM tools
Background in performance coaching, sales training, or business development
