Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients, build rapport, and actively listen to their vehicle needs
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and offering test drives honestly and with integrity
Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, trade in evaluations, and financing options. Knowledge of current inventory and ability to source from other dealers.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and dealership targets
Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and product knowledge to deliver accurate information to clients
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction & loyalty
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in automotive (or similar customer facing sales role)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service
Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a goal-oriented mindset
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools an asset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, OMVIC license (or ability to attain)
