Key Responsibilities

Negotiation:
Work confidently with customers on pricing and financing options to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Performance:
Effectively utilize sales management tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and close deals.
Upselling:
Present and promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize dealership revenue.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
Skills & Competencies
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in automotive or retail, with a strong record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Communication Excellence:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, engage, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Sales Acumen:
Confidence in deal-closing and driving high-performance results.
Customer Focus:
Dedicated to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
Multilingual Ability:
An asset for serving a diverse customer base.
Mathematical & Financial Aptitude:
Comfortable handling pricing, payments, and financial transactions.
Professional Phone Etiquette:
Courteous and polished communication with customers over the phone.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience; automotive sales experience is a strong asset.
OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) certification is required.
