We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, results-focused, and understands that success comes from consistently achieving sales targets and promoting vehicles, warranties, and dealer services.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Present and promote dealership products including extended warranties and protection plans
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all inventory
Complete all required sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies
Work towards and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience in sales (automotive experience is an asset, but not required)
Strong proficiency in English; fluency in French or other languages is a strong plus
Familiarity with CRM systems
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
