Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant for our Cam Clark Ford dealership in North Vancouver, BC.

In the position of Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service.

You will be accountable for:
• Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department
• Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase
• Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
• Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
• Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and VSA License
• With a Minimum 2 years of experience is a must
• Understand the importance of CSI/CVP
• Fluent English communication, a second language is an asset
