Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Engage promptly, effectively with customer phone & email leads to assist and select the right vehicle, schedule and confirm appointments. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicles. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Skills

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Familiarity with sales management techniques and tools. Proficient in managing a sales pipeline effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
