Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicles.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Skills
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Familiarity with sales management techniques and tools.
Proficient in managing a sales pipeline effectively.
Exceptional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups.
We have a high volume of on ground new inventory with a wide selection of in stock pre-owned vehicles and access to incoming used everyday!
We're growing in the KW area and are in need of out going individual's help us find homes for our vehciles!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
