Due to an increase in sales and market demands we are growing our team and looking for strong sales applicants to help us with increased sales volume and inventory. We have some of the best new car inventory and mix of all Chrysler stores in the GTA, in addition to a very large and fruitful Pre-Owned lot filled with a extensive variety of affordable and luxury nameplates of all makes and models! There is plenty to sell from in stock of new and used!

We have a beautiful state of the art showroom in the heart of Metro Toronto (Etobicoke) blessed with an overwhelming amount of organic walk-in traffic, sales calls, online customer lead traffic, as well a very strong and busy service department. So our showroom is always busy and there is plenty of opportunity to speak with customers on a daily basis. The sky is the limit, as they say!

Our showroom is extremely spacious and offers a very comfortable and private setting for all sales staff and their customers. We have an experienced leadership team and team oriented culture to support any sales related needs you may have. We operate with full transparency among each other and provide our sales team full control of their own environment. We'll give you the tools and the autonomy to run your business and we treat you like a professional - and in turn we expect the same from you.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote vehicles and close sales. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the dealership's inventory and market trends. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up post-sale. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and enhance dealership visibility. Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven dealership experience in automotive sales Strong retail sales and customer service background Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with sales management and leadership principles Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively Multilingual abilities, including proficiency in Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc., are a plus Relevant marketing and organizational skills to support sales efforts

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
