This position plays a key role in supporting both our Sales and Accounting Departments. We are looking for someone with a mature and professional approach, who take initiative and enjoys being the "go-to" person at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member
Provide customer service and ensure a welcoming Dealership environment
Administrative Support
Process and license vehicles (new and used)
Log incoming vehicles in the Dealership Management System
Build and prepare files for incoming Dealer Trade units
Maintain organized filing systems to keep records up to date
Accounting
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, posting, and reconciliation
Support the Controller/Office Manager with daily administrative needs
Handle courier, mail, and office supply ordering
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking someone who brings:
Previous experience in an administrative, dealership, or accounting support role
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organization skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated work style

Training & Wage
Training will be provided to the selected candidate, who will train alongside our current Receptionist. Wage will be set at $18.50 per hour for the first 3 months of employment, and will be re-evaluated after 3 months.
