Responsibilities

Work closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and efficient parts operations. Support a smooth workflow in the service and parts departments by promptly sourcing and ordering required parts. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve day-to-day efficiency. Build and maintain lasting relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing overstock. Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, orders, and deliveries.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive parts advisor or parts counter role. A passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Comfortable communicating with technicians, service advisors, and retail customers. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and dealership DMS systems (experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is an asset). French is an asset.
