Duties

Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
Assemble components as needed during repairs or installations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair options.
Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move parts or equipment safely.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the shop environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Experience
Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting or similar environment.
Proficiency in welding is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are advantageous.
