Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled vehicle hoist technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a background in hoist repair, is ALI certified, and is keen to work both in and out of town. As a certified hoist technician, you would be working in the field servicing clients hoists such as; Rotary, Bendpac, Challenger etc. Travel is required and use of a company supplied service vehicle is provided.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customers site Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs and project updates. Analyze mechanical issues to determine the root cause of failures and implement corrective actions. Work with low voltage systems as required for machinery operation. Service, overhaul, and repair vehicle hoists Work with territory manager on opportunities with customers

Experience

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is essential. Familiarity with schematics, and technical manuals is required. Electrical knowledge is an asset Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively. Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service interactions, are necessary for success in this role.
