Responsibilities
Understand clients' needs and concerns, build sustainable relationships with customers, and provide accurate information about each vehicle.
Preparing and securing financing, offering credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages.
Prepare and secure financing, offer credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages to customers.
Verify sales information, determine the need for financing, and prepare financing and legal documents.
Sell products and services, maintain customer rapport, answer questions, provide information, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
Present additional products to clients, explain and demonstrate financial options to customers, deal directly with lenders and financial institutes, and prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
Meet and exceed set sales goals, adhere to a standard of professional ethics, be knowledgeable of provincial regulations, and maintain good lender relations.
Qualifications
Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experience.
Car sales experience or equivalent work experience.
OMVIC License and a valid class "G" driver's license.
Strong financial services and automotive industry background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customer-centric mindset.
Strong relationship building skills and high level of personal integrity.
Ability to handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
High level of self-motivation, accountability for goals/targets, and desire to earn above-average income.
Highly computer proficient with solid organizational skills.
Coaching skills and the ability to practice established tools and methods effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
