Job Description

We are seeking a career-driven and team orientated individual who is interested in working in the automotive industry with a busy Financial Services Department

Enjoy working in a auto dealership.

Has a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings/weekends

Be able to build rapport quickly and easily with our clients.

Have attention to detail and clean paperwork.

Experience with Automotive Finance Software.

Valid BC Driver's License.

Valid (or renewable) VSA License.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a finance or administrative role. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and customer service skills when interacting with clients. Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading is essential. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
