Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless communication between departments and enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and regulations to provide informed advice to customers. Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications and financial documents to assess eligibility for financing.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial services, preferably within an automotive dealership environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for customers while achieving dealership goals. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Sales experience is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficient math skills to accurately calculate financing options and payments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
